At the age of 16 I joined my first gym. This new interest became a passion and it was the best decision I ever made! After high school I immediately enrolled in an aerobic and personal training certification and started working in gyms as I went on to college. Fast forward to 2007: I’m 25 years old and I move to Calgary for 6 months. Here, I had the opportunity to work alongside some of the top trainers in Canada and some of the fittest clients I have ever met. It completely changed my views on fitness and how I work with clients. I moved back to Montreal with greater insight and motivation and that’s when I started organizing events. They ranged from monthly free hikes, to trekking in the Grand Canyon twice! I organized numerous running groups- where I, myself would train with basic beginners to run full marathons! For me, using fitness to surpass limiting beliefs about who you are, allows you to create a mindset that can impact and change your entire life. In 2010 I began my yoga journey. Studying with Herve Blondon and Hart Lazer, I dove deep into therapeutic yoga, meditation and breath work. This led to co-founding and co-running Yoga Lounge Montreal, yoga studio for 5 years. During this time, I began studying Naturopathy with Christian Limoges. Although I had studied extensively in health science and completed a certification in alternative and holistic health, it was the first time everything became completely clear! By EATING and LIVING in alignment with nature, we will not only tap into our BODY's self-healing mechanisms, but we‘ll begin to thrive in all areas of our life. This is when I started to fuse all my knowledge and background to really serve the “whole” person; BODY, MIND & SOUL.
