In this stretch and strength reformer class you will flow through exercises to build strength in the body, and then finish with some great stretches. The class begins with some full spinal articulation and pelvic warm ups seated. You’ll then move through some unilateral exercises working arms, abs, and glutes. The class slows down with some feel good stretching leaving you released and balanced.
