Get ready for your skiing season with Gen! This 30 minutes Pilates class is specifically designed to get you warmed up before your skiing day or to train on your off days. Gen will guide you through a serie of lunges and knee lifts to work on your stability, spine rotations and obliques engagement to get your pole game on, and will use the flexband to strengthen your triceps and biceps. This 30 minute class will make you feel amazing, wether the slopes awaits or not.
