This class is specifically designed with no flexion of the pelvis or spine for anyone with Osteoporosis . Pilates is excellent for Osteoporosis as long as modifications are made to use the neutral position of the pelvis and of course no thoracic spine flexion. This 1st class in a series of 2 takes place on the back , seated and in Quadraped.
