Pierre Lecours

After studying visual arts, Pierre decides to follow his longtime passion: dancing. It is during his years of professional training that he discovers Pilates and other somatic techniques.

He will dance and present his choreographies for 20 years, mainly in Canada and Europe. Wanting to further his knowledge of the human body, he begins full-time studies in osteopathy in 2014 at the CEO. 3 years, Pierre will interrupt his studies temporarily to devote himself entirely to Pilates, a discipline he considers better fitted to help people find or regain an overall state of wellness. Despite his desire to remain 100% loyal to Pilates, he does not hesitate to draw on his knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to optimize exercises with the help of images and sensations. The regular bursts of laughter that one hears during Pierre's classes are proof that serious work can be done while having a really great time.
