Get ready to test your balance! Miriah is back with a quick stability Reformer workout. The foam roller on the Reformer is always a huge challenge but also lots of fun! This class will specifically challenge your abs, arms, and of course balance! There is very little warm up in this class, so if you have the time we suggest doing one of our quick warm up videos first.
